Small Cooper-Made Swing-Handle Bucket

New England, ca. late 18th/early 19th century. Never painted, natural patina. Staved, with securing bands ending in button-hole joinery. Swing handle and bands appear to be ash, the body in pine. Handle attached with stout tenoned "buttons" and wooden pins. About 6 inches tall to the top of the staves (not including the handle); diameter also 6 inches. Excellent condition with just a few abrasions.  Private Connecticut collection..
