Paint decorated tin over sheet iron, used in period for serving small biscuits. Canted flaring rim. Strong colors with a pomegranate and flowers with vining, bordered by mustard “lobes”.
Fine original condition with appealing craquelure. About 8 5/8 x 6 inches. From a private Western NY collection.
